1.     Meeting Objectives
The meeting was hosted by Tyrtaios sports club, was carried out in Ilion Athens. It was a 3 days study visit. In the meeting projects’ objectives was, visiting and  observation TYRTAIOS club athletes and facilities, the VR Demonstration and testing from three focus disabled groups, divided per age.

4.     Day by day program report
                                                                                 Sunday 4 Nov       10.00- 16.00 “Tyrtaios” athletes were participating in a Paralympic sport event presentation. The BAU representatives were there to watch, and discuss with the athletes details about Paralympic sports      
  Monday 5 Nov  09.00-14.00   Visit at Ilion Special school     Introductions and Presentations:   All participants introduced themselves and their institutions. Then, director from Ilion Special school welcome the participants and made a visual presentation about the school, and from Tyrtaios president made a visual presentation about the sports club.  BAU representative informed the participants about the structure of the project   Focus Group 1   A focus group consisted from 8 disabled students aged 18-25 participated in the following activities. At the beginning  each  member of the group introduced themselves and talk about their disabilityThen there were a need analysis procedure organized from BAU experts and executed with all partners help VR demonstration The students try the VR glasses and a VR sport application Questionnaires about their VR experience     Special School visit. The participants were guided to the classrooms of the schoolAt the school gym students show the participants some adaptive sports activities, and play all together. Therapeutically equipment was presented.     Dinner in the dark. Optional activity. In this event the participants try to simulate blind persons and try to have a dinner in a totally dark restaurant.      
Tuesday 6 Nov   09.00-14.00           Focus Group 2   A focus group No2 consisted from 8 disabled students  aged 13-20 participated in the following activities. At the beginning  each  member of the group introduced themselves and talk about their disabilityThen there were a need analysis procedure organized from BAU experts and executed with all partners help VR demonstration The students try the VR glasses and 4  VR sport applications Questionnaires about their VR experience                  Visit at Acropolis museum and Acropolis monument   
  Wed.  7 Nov   09.00-15.00   Visit at TYRTAIOS offices in Ilion . Focus Group 3   The focus group No3 consisted from 8 disabled persons aged 25-55 participated in the following activities. At the beginning  each  member of the group introduced themselves and talk about their disabilityThen there were a need analysis procedure organized from BAU experts and executed with all partners help VR demonstration The disabled people  try the VR glasses and 4-5  VR sports applications Questionnaires about their VR experience    Visit at ILION Town Hall  Mayor and 4 vice mayors welcome the members of our Study Visit team in the central hall  of town hall meetings. The participants introduced themselves and their institutions. Mr Oguz informed the officials about the aim of the project  The Mayor informed about the social policy for the disabled people in the city, and the difficulties they have. The Vice Mayor Present the social structures and facilities  που υπάρχουν in the City  Mr Yildirim asked questions about the everyday life of the disabled people, and their difficulties about the job opportunities, parking issues, accessibility isuess etc      Project  Meeting In order to discuss the next steps of the project, a meeting took place at TYRTAIOS offices.               Topics Time Planning:   The next TM2 meeting will will take place in Poland 26-30 January. The exact date will be decided via mail.The invitation letters will be forwarded to the partners by Poland,  in order to make a visa application immediately.   For the pilot training in Greece (C3), 30 people were planned to participate in the project, including 15 people with disabilities and 15 people to accompany these participants.  However, the matters of finding a hotel to host people with disabilities (lack of adequate handicapped rooms) are difficult and the available hotels are very expensive. Mr Yildirim also raised a new problem, about the visa issue for the disabled people coming from Turkey to Greece. Mr Yildirim proposed to change the place of pilot training from Greece to Turkey. All the partners agreed to that, and it was decided Oguz to ask the Turkish National Agency permission for this change. All the grand for the C3 training will be transferred to Greece participants.
 
    Outcomes   The draft questionnaire was ready but still under reco…….. The final version of the questionnaire is expected to be done  be the end of November , and translated in Greek and Polish Next topic, raised form Tyrtaios  was about the VR application. It was mention form mr Nikopoulos that aplication should  be compatible with low bugget VR glasses,  mr Oguz agreed to go with the minimum standarts. Mr BERKMAN noticed that in this case aplications will have limmited capabilities, but finally everybody agreed to that.      Visibility: The designing of the logo and the roll-ups have been started and will be shared with the partners when completed. Disabled participant from TYRTAIOS will make his own logo suggestion.
